Take the lead in delivering fire system estimation and installation projects with end-to-end responsibility. Key Responsibilities
Lead minor works projects from scoping through to successful handover.
Drive project delivery across budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with all compliance requirements and tailored to meet client needs and expectations
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design, service, and installation teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated success as a Project Manager in fire protection, building services, or construction.
Strong technical understanding of wet and dry fire systems.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA compliance requirements.
