About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-spoken individual who will be responsible for a variety of office tasks that will include:
Managing incoming calls and emails - Directing as required
Working Directly with one Project Manager and assisting other Project Managers from time-to-time
Working alongside three other Service and Project Coordinators
Preparation of reports in Microsoft Word and Excel
Creating, scheduling and invoicing service jobs for our team of technicians using our internal operating system simPRO
Preparing basic quotations for the Project Management team
Assisting in the preperation of the companies ISO9001, ISO4001 and ISO45001 systems for annual auditing
Assisting in the preparation of technician's time sheets for the Payroll Department
Assisting the Project Managers in liaising with technicians for the day-to-day running of jobs
Maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards and policies
General data entry.
The successful candidate will possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build strong working relationships, ensuring both our internal and external customers receive high quality service that exceeds expectations at all times
A positive 'can do' attitude, even when working under pressure
High attention to detail is a must
The ability to contribute new ideas and improve processes if applicable
Fast and accurate reporting
Computer literacy in MS Office
Excellent problem solving capabilities and organisational skills
