We seek experienced civil plant operators for a project on Bird Island starting in October and will run for about 3/4 months.

Essential Criteria:

• Excavator 

• Front end loader

• Forklift 

• Skid steer

• Dump Truck

• Construction White card

A minimum of 5 years civil plant experience with ability to operate equipment in difficult terrains e.g. sandy, boggy, rocky marine locations

Desirable criteria:

• HR truck licence

• Dogging/Rigging 

• Telehandler

• Dozer

• Great work ethic, ‘can do attitude - self-motivated, hard-working, punctual and reliable

• Must be committed to Safety and Environmental compliance

• Team Work - works well in a small team with minimal supervision

• Communication - effective communication skills, both oral and written

• Must pass a full pre-employment medical including functional capacity fitness evaluation and drug and alcohol screening

Besides the operation of civil plant there will be other ad-hoc tasks allocated on site.
