Location: Epping, VictoriaEmployment Type: Casual (25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Rosche Paper, a leading manufacturer of high-quality paper products, is seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Packer & Container Unloader to join our warehouse team in Epping, Victoria.

This is a casual position offering 25-30 hours minimum per week, with the potential for ongoing work and career progression. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders from the warehouse

  • Unload containers, count and check incoming stock

  • Label and package items according to company standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Follow all health, safety, and quality control procedures

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in warehouse work, pick/pack, or similar roles

  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, enthusiastic attitude

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A current forklift license with experience loading trucks (preferred)

  • Physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift up to 10kg

  • The ability to manually unload containers
