Manager - CFO Mindset for NFP & Commercial Clients $110k-$130k + Super + Bonus | Hybrid working arrangements

My client is looking for an experienced Manager to lead a portfolio of not-for-profit and commercial clients. Youll act as their trusted finance partner, delivering high-quality reporting, compliance, and strategic insights that drive real impact.

What youll do

  • Oversee a large client portfolio with a CFO mindset
  • Deliver monthly management reports, dashboards, and analysis
  • Review compliance work including BAS, financial statements, and tax returns
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Identify process improvements and value-add opportunities

About you

  • CA/CPA with 6+ years in business services or management accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting frameworks
  • Advanced skills in Xero, Excel, and related platforms
  • Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, actionable advice
