Role Summar

As the Passenger Services Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, including supervisors and trainers, delivering essential support services for our airline clients. This role is both operational and strategic โ€” you will drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure operational excellence in one of Australias busiest airports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide OH&S oversight and guidance, ensuring a strong safety-first culture.

  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company, and client procedures.

  • Lead and motivate staff through effective planning, rostering, and performance management.

  • Oversee cost areas, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor airport performance, analyze results, and implement corrective strategies where needed.

  • Manage equipment operations, repairs, and maintenance budgets.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with airline clients and airport stakeholders.

  • Foster a workplace culture of fairness, inclusion, and professionalism.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in airline or aviation operations (passenger services, ground handling, or similar).

  • Skilled in workforce management, training, and team performance development.

  • Strong knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in an aviation environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client needs.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.

  • Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and enterprise agreement application.

  • Must hold a valid ASIC pass .
