We're Hiring: Casual Stock Management System Creator
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help us design and implement a new stock management system that will make our warehouse operations smoother, smarter, and more efficient.
In this casual role, you'll:
Develop a streamlined stock management system tailored to our warehouse operations
Reorganise SKUs for faster identification and order picking
Support our team of picker/packers to boost efficiency and get more parcels out the door
Create practical, easy-to-use processes that improve accuracy and reduce downtime
What we're after:
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in stock/warehouse management systems (bonus if you've set one up before!)
✅ Ability to translate big ideas into simple, practical solutions
✅ Attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
✅ Proficiency in inventory software, database management, barcode systems, and Excel/spreadsheets
✅ Availability to complete this project within a 1-3 month timeframe
✅ Ability to commit 20-30 hours per week for this casual position

Responsibilities
Assess current Stock Management System that is in place now, and work on a new system that will make the warehouse more efficient. Ensuring SKUs are input into system, with all images, and links up dated.
Rearranging Stock within the warehouse to ensure seamless identification of SKU .
Work with the Directors and Warehouse Manager for their feedback and suggestions on a new system.
