About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team at Elles Belles Early Learning in Ormond and Cheltenham campuses. As a permanent part-time role (37.5 hours per week), you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our early learning centre and kindergarten.
What you'll be doing
Delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
Collaborating with the teaching team to plan, implement and evaluate the curriculum
Observing and documenting children's progress to inform individual learning goals
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and policies
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Proven experience working in an early learning environment
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Enthusiasm for continued professional development
