Previous automotive experience is not required, however what's more important to us is a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. We recruit for attitude and are prepared to invest in training, supporting and developing the right applicant. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team. The right person will be organised, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and engaging with Customers and building a positive rapport
Take telephone bookings and service enquiries over the phone
Managing and prioritising daily bookings and workload
Liaise with the Service Manager/Technical Advisors to ensure that all work is carried out in the allocated time frame and to the Customer's satisfaction
Ensure accurate data integrity is upheld
Processing payments & warranty claims
Organising courtesy cars
Driver's Licence is essential
