The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a driven Sales Team Leader - Health Insurance to lead, coach and inspire a team of Comparison Experts. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in motivating your team, driving performance, and ensuring a supportive, engaging and safe workplace where people can thrive. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Comparison Experts to deliver strong results and exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback, 1:1 coaching, and development plans
• Create a positive, safe and supportive environment that values wellbeing and celebrates achievements
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve challenges, from performance dips to workplace issues, ensuring your team is set up for success
• Partner with internal stakeholders (P&C, Compliance, Product, Finance, etc.) to share insights and support continuous improvement
• Champion the culture by bringing passion, authenticity, and positivity into everything you do

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams (ideally phone-based)
• Strong people management skills - you know how to motivate, mentor, and get the best out of individuals
• A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver against KPIs and business goals
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building trust and connection
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and business systems; adaptable to new technologies
