We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Melbourne-based Digital Ad Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with digital platforms, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring our digital advertising campaigns are set up accurately, run smoothly, and deliver results for our clients.
The Role
As a Digital Ad Coordinator at Prime Creative Media, you will:
- Coordinate and traffic digital advertising campaigns across our websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, optimising where needed to ensure client objectives are met.
- Liaise directly with clients and sales managers to collect advertising materials and confirm specifications.
- Troubleshoot any campaign issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Support additional digital marketing tasks such as EDM scheduling, performance reporting, and digital publication uploads.
- This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and attention to detail.
About You

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Analytical and proactive in identifying ways to improve performance.

- Experience with HTML is highly regarded, as is familiarity with digital platforms such as: Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Automation), Stripo
