We are seeking a motivated IT professional to provide hands-on technical support for staff and maintain critical IT systems. This role combines help desk coverage with infrastructure management, ensuring a reliable and secure technology environment.While this is an onsite role, there's flexibility to work one day per week remotely given the nature of IT help desk support. This role is for a commencement on the 5 January 2026.

Required Skills:
Prior MSP experience is advantageous, particularly with troubleshooting diverse systems and supporting a wide range of technologies.
A degree in Computer Science, Network Administration or a related area is advantageous.
