Administrative Assistant - Hello Kids Therapy Hub (North Melbourne)Hello Kids Therapy Hub is a warm, family-centred speech therapy clinic dedicated to helping children feel confident, capable, and connected. We're looking for an organised, proactive, and kind-hearted administrative assistant to help our growing clinic run smoothly.
At Hello Kids Therapy Hub, you'll be part of a quiet, calm, and supportive environment, assisting 1-3 speech pathologists at any given time. You'll have the time and space to do your work well, while building genuine connections with families and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
IMMEDIATE START
Complete training is provided in all systems and procedures.

3 days per week (part-time, with flexible hours for the right person).
You will:
Be the welcoming first point of contact for families and children
Manage bookings, emails, phone enquiries, and general reception duties
Oversee NDIS processes, including service agreements and invoicing
Assist with the day-to-day running of the clinic
Use our Practice Management Software (Splose)
Basic computer skills are sufficient for learning our Practice Management Software (Splose)
Support the clinical team to deliver new services and programs
You may have worked in healthcare or administration before, or perhaps you're a parent looking to re-enter the workforce in a steady, family-friendly role.
Or you might be a university student studying speech pathology, occupational therapy, psychology, or another allied health field, looking to gain valuable real-world experience.
