The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Brand & Communications Lead to join our dynamic team and help us bring our purpose to life—inside and out.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that partners closely with senior leaders across the business. You'll be the driving force behind our internal communications, employee value proposition (EVP), brand consistency, and event execution.
What you will be doing:
Internal Communications
Develop and deliver engaging internal communications strategies.
Craft leadership messages and manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, socials).
Foster cultural alignment through storytelling and campaigns.
EVP Activation
Lead the articulation and embedding of our EVP across the employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with People & Culture to align messaging with recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Brand Management
Safeguard and elevate our brand identity across all touchpoints.
Manage brand collateral and ensure consistency in voice and visuals.
Strategic Communications
Create compelling content for executive presentations, speeches, and announcements.
Translate complex strategies into accessible, engaging narratives.
Event Management
Plan and execute internal and external events that inspire and connect.
Oversee logistics, creative direction, and post-event engagement.
Content Creation
Write and design content for digital and print formats.
Manage content calendars and monitor engagement metrics.
Advisory & Partnering
Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication strategy.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with a brand and comms lens.
What you will bring:
