Sef Services is a Leading Landscape/Fencing Business based in Bendigo servicing parts of Victoria to southern side of NSW
In this role, you'll oversee Commercial/residential projects .
A current Medium rigid Truck licence is required for this position.
Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, set out and implementation of works, and fostering a safety culture within the team. Your primary role is as lead tradesman's but extends to engaging in Site toolbox meetings to ensure production of work runs smoothly.
A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience is required.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years Cert III landscape tradesman experience, who is seeking to improve their current skills, as well as developing new ones, whilst growing with a small company & their team.
