Our Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role by providing advanced support, resolving complex issues, mentoring colleagues, and continuously improving processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
The is a 6-month, full-time contract role and is pivotal to the success of Bendigo Telco's customers and the communities that we serve.
What you will need to succeed
Previous working experience in the telecommunications industry is required
Highly developed troubleshooting, problem solving and decision-making skills
Highly developed customer service skills
Experience in a multi-functional working environment involving administration, sales and customer service duties is preferred
Ability to prioritise workload effectively is required
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively is required
High level of oral and written communication skills is required
