As a Broker Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our brokers with the day-to-day management of client accounts. From preparing documentation and handling enquiries to liaising with insurers and helping ensure clients receive exceptional service — you'll be a vital part of our operations.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Assist brokers with quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation
• Manage client correspondence and support client queries
• Liaise with insurers to gather information and process transactions
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
