We're looking for an experienced and values-aligned Public Relations, Marketing and Communications Advisor to bring strategy to life, elevate our targeted public relations strategies, communication campaigns and brand awareness and recall.

What you'll do
Serve as the key media liaison, marketing and communications person
Monitor public sentiment to inform strategic decision making.
Maintain and enhance website and email functionalities and communications.
Represent Amplify Alliance at sector meetings, government consultations and state and national forums
Partner with the CEO and Amplify Alliance team to deliver operational excellence
Drive business improvement and data-informed decision making
Ensure governance, policy, and compliance frameworks are embedded and effective

What you'll bring (Key Selection Criteria)
Qualifications:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in public relations, digital marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent professional experience
Experience:
· Demonstrated experience leading strategic public relations and designing, executing, and evaluating digital marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, branding, event promotion, corporate communications, and key messaging.
· Managing media enquiries, issues and reputational risk with sound judgment and professionalism.
· Proven ability in content creation, writing, editing, and publishing high quality materials across digital and print channels, with exceptional attention to detail.
· Proven ability to be accountable for maintaining and enhancing website functionality, ensuring compliance with Amplify Alliance's governance, policies, and legislation.
Technical Skills:
· Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and reporting on digital analytics and performance metrics.
· Advanced computer literacy and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (for example, inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) CRM software, marketing automation tools and Content Management Systems, particularly WordPress.
· Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms and knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Personal Qualities:
· Possession of high-level stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, advise and work closely with executive leadership.
· Dependable with strong work ethic and the ability to positively contribute as a member of a small team.
· Ability to actively listen and calmly solve problems.
· Mature and professional attitude that demonstrates integrity and discretion. Proven ability to develop effective relationships and networks to understand the needs of members, all stakeholders and exceed expectations for the best member experience.
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements:
· At least 3 days per working in office.
· National Police Clearance.
· A current Driver's License.
· Must be willing to travel interstate from time to time.
· Some out-of-hours work may be required within the duties of this position.
