About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase. Their product includes a mixture knock down re-builds, house and land and greenfield homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all permits and approvals required during the pre-construction phase
• Work with Onsite Companion and the NSW Planning Portal
• Handle DA/CDC/CC applications accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project progression

About You:

• Mini experience in a Pre-Construction or Permits role with a residential home builder
• Proficient in the NSW Planning Portal
• Strong knowledge of DA/CDC/CC processes
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
