About the Role
We are currently seeking a Plumber with relevant experience and industry exposure for a project in Mt Isa. The position offered as casual however the roster is 2:1 - flying in and out from Brisbane or driving in and out from Mt Isa.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria (what's required):
Trade qualified - Certificate III Plumbing
Must be experience in Plumbing - no gas fitting will be required.
At least 5 years' experience in similar work, preferably in the mining and construction industry
Demonstrated experience in similar work, preferably in or around mine sites.
Ability to work well in a team in remote areas
Strong commitment towards safety and quality
Motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude
Hold a current manual driver's licence
Construction (White) Card
Either has or be prepared to obtain a current Working at Heights ticket (issued within 2 years)
Either has or be prepared to obtain a current Confined Space ticket (issued within 2 years)
Forklift and EWP are desirable however not essential
Ability to pass a medical and D&A screen
