Position Details
About your new role
The Lived Experience Learning and Development (LE L&D Lead) will collaborate with the National Lived Experience Practice Lead (NLEL) and other Lived Experience (LE) leads to promote high-quality Lived Experience practice and shared understanding of practice across the organisation.
As a designated Lived Experience leadership position, the LE L&D Lead models Lived Experience ways of working by applying the Lived Experience lens in all aspects of the role.
The LE L&D role comes alongside a team of Lived Experience Learning and Development Officers (LE L&DO's) as the line manager. The LE L&D Lead provides day-to-day support and guidance, embodying Lived Experience values in leading people, facilitating reflective learnings spaces and supporting performance to stay Peer, share power and foster reciprocity, connection and mutuality as a team.
