Care Plus Training t/a Nurse Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 41009) and recognised by the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Code: 03575C) registered by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) to deliver VET course to both domestic as well as international students.

We are establishing a new brand NTA Healthcare Training focussed on providing tailored training solutions for Organisations operating in the Healthcare sector- Aged Care, Disability, Acute Care and others.

Working with the CEO, the industry partnership executive will lead the development and marketing of the industry proposition.  The role is part-time, however will convert into full time once the business scales up.

• Lead NTA's Healthcare Training Brand including development of training proposition

• Establish relationship with industry partners- Aged Care, Disability, Acute care and other providers in the Healthcare and/or related sectors.

• Deliver Sales Targets assigned to the role in terms of number of new training contracts.

• Manage the team of Trainers that will deliver training

• Develop and execute NTA's DON Program re-accreditation application process.

• Develop and maintain Program Document.

• Ensure Governance and Compliance of the NTA Healthcare Training Brand

• Support the Placement coordinator for current programs in establishing MoUs/Contracts with Industry providers for student placement services

• Other adhoc projects as required by the Directors and CEO.

Selection Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with significant industry experience.

• Established relationships in the Healthcare sector- Aged Care, Disability, Acute care and others

• Significant experience designing and delivering corporate style training Programs.

• Significant Marketing and/or Business Development Experience

• Staff and stakeholder and/or Management experience.

• Strong Team Management, strategic thinking, business savvy and operational mind-set
