About The Opportunity   Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading Mining business to recruit for a Health Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis to look after the Return To Work (RTW) program and support operational teams by providing expert guidance on injury, health, and medical matters

• Advising on and implementing proactive health and injury management strategies.
• Facilitating early intervention and return-to-work plans for employees.
• Developing and managing rehabilitation programs for workplace injuries.

What You Will Bring: 

• Ideally you're an AHPRA certified Registered Nurse/ Physiotherapist/ Occupational Therapist, but not essential for candidates with relevant experiences
• Understanding of workplace rehabilitation and injury management.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and workers compensation legislation (QLD).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels and with external health providers.
