Hours: Monday - Sunday 8am - 2pm Flexible Roster

Are you passionate about coffee and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere? Do you want to make a positive difference in the lives of others every day? Were looking for a friendly, dedicated barista to join our team at Mareebas coffee shop, right here in our aged care facility.

What Youll Do:

• Craft delicious coffee, teas, and specialty drinks for our lovely residents and visitors
• Engage with residents, providing exceptional service and conversation
• Be part of a caring team that values kindness, respect, and empathy
• Keep the coffee shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and light snacks to complement our drinks

What Were Looking For:

• Previous barista experience preferred but not required - well train you!
• A passion for coffee and great customer service
• A friendly and empathetic attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
