The Position
The key responsibilities of the Warehouse Storeperson will be to work across both Receiving and Despatch teams in order to support the daily operations. Tasks will include but not limited to, general Picking & Packing, Put away, Replenishment along with any other tasks as directed by the Team Leaders or Warehouse Manager.
This role is a full time, (38 hours per week) primarily Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Skills and Knowledge
LF Forklift License (High reach forklift experience preferred)
Good computer literacy with an understanding of warehouse systems (Navision knowledge an advantage)
Demonstrated ability using freight management systems
Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety. (Safety committee experience highly regarded)
Good attitude with a reliable work ethic
Cycle count experience (highly regarded)
Team player
Attention to detail
Minimum 3 years warehouse experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in automotive industry previously would be an advantage.
