The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Allocator. You will be looking after all sites transport operations for daily fleet movements in Sydney. This is a TEMP ongoing role Mon-Fri. Toll moves the businesses that move the world. Eastern Creek location.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective monitoring of all daily fleet operations
• Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders
• Provide load plans and scheduling for all runs
• Co-ordinate rostering and all adjustments
• Monitor drivers progress against schedules, discuss with drivers any issues on daily basis
• Review all orders for site deliveries
• Ensure COR and OHS is adhered to
• Run reports and assist admin staff as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in similar role is essential
• Sound knowledge of Road Transport rules and regulations including COR
• Experience in transport planning, allocation, and optimisation is required
• Strong stakeholder communication skills essential
• Demonstrated ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems
• Strong computer literacy inc TMS and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must have strong time management skills and be solutions driven
