Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a shire liaison/contract administrator role within the residential building industry.
• The ability to read and articulate contractual documents, plans and specifications.
• An understanding of the building process.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills
• Good systems experience
