The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is building a pool of high-calibre Solicitors to join our Commercial Crime and Confiscations (CCC) team. As a member of the CCC team, you will lead and manage matters involving fraud, cybercrime, corruption, and confiscations—critical areas that uphold the integrity of South Australias justice system. You will act on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions in both civil and criminal jurisdictions, with scope to carry a general criminal practice of overflow prosecutions, alongside a substantive civil file load.

About the Business

The ODPP is an office of approximately 190 staff, comprising both legal and administrative functions. The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions was established through the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, 1991 to provide an effective, fair and independent criminal prosecution service for the people of South Australia. Special Conditions for Employment

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested.
