The Opportunity:

City Holdings (Aus) Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of new business partnerships and service launches. This is a pivotal role within our Strategic Partnerships team, reporting directly to the Head of Mobilisation.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to Go Live, ensuring seamless handover to Business as Usual (BAU) teams. Your expertise will help shape new business proposals and drive successful implementation across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mobilisation services for new business partners.
• Manage service launches for existing partners.
• Collaborate with BD and BAU teams on scope, timing, and launch planning.
• Schedule and lead project meetings, updates, and risk assessments.
• Maintain governance tools and distribute weekly progress reports.
• Support data analysis and asset planning for new brand

To be considered for this role you will be/have: 

• A degree in Business, Project Management or similar (preferred).
• Proven experience in a project delivery environment.
• Exposure to key project management components (Scope, Time, Cost, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products
• Full Australian working rights.
