As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organised and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our team and provide critical support to our Warranty Officer and wider business operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a strong eye for detail. While primarily focused on supporting the Warranty Officer, this position will also involve assisting with a range of administrative tasks across Urban Caravans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warranty Officer with processing, tracking, and filing claims
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry across warranty and service records
• Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
• Prepare reports and maintain compliance records as required
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
