Our client is a leading structures specialist delivering formwork, reinforcing, and concrete (FRP) packages on projects exceeding $50M in value. With a growing pipeline in Queensland, they're now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contract Administrator to take ownership of the commercial management of a flagship Brisbane-based project.
The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll lead all commercial and contractual aspects of a major project, from cost planning and procurement through to final accounts and team leadership.
