About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our thriving real estate team at Stone Real Estate Gosford. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding sales results for our residential properties in the Gosford area.
What you'll be doing
Actively prospecting for new listings and building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
Conducting comprehensive market research to provide informed and valuable advice to clients
Organising and hosting engaging open house inspections and private viewings
Effectively negotiating and closing sales transactions to meet and exceed sales targets
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintaining detailed client records and continuously updating our property database

What we're looking for
Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential property market
