 What will you be doing?As our Project Manager / Technical Director, you will be the driving force behind our event projects, overseeing all technical and logistical aspects. This includes:

• Leading and managing a growing team of AV professionals.
• Managing client expectations, particularly guiding new clients through the event delivery process.
• Overseeing the technical design, planning, and execution of various events.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical challenges on-site and pre-event.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Supervising and managing delegated staff, providing guidance and motivation.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.

• Driver's License
• Be able to work and manage effectively as part of a team
• Ability to motivate and excite staff
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Exceptional ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Ability to work unsupervised and proactively identify what needs to be done
