In this role, you'll:

Work as part of Network Maintenance team managing the delivery of change management activities of our Dedicated Incident Response team project. This exciting newly created role will be responsible for leading key change activities such as change impact assessments, process development, consultation and implementation, communication and reporting whilst also managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, and supporting organisational alignment.

This is a temporary full time opportunity up until June 2026 based at our Rail Operation Centre, Alexandria.

About you

You're an experienced Change Manager, ideally with an understanding of the transport industry with extensive knowledge of frontline operations and stakeholder engagement requirements. You could have a background in HR/Change Management or IR , with experience in a highly unionised environment. You have the ability to lead change management and activities for our Dedicated Incident Response team project including change impact assessments on the project and monitoring and assessment.
