PMO Analyst - 3-Month Daily Rate ContractLocation: Melbourne (St Kilda Road/CBD - Hybrid)

We're partnering with a highly regarded Australian organisation currently experiencing growth and transformation across its project portfolio. As they uplift delivery standards and improve frameworks, a new opportunity has opened for an experienced PMO Analyst to join the team on an initial 3-month daily rate contract.

This is a Melbourne-based role (2-3 days in office). Only local applicants with full working rights will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing: Working closely with project and program leaders, you'll play a key role in the refinement of project delivery frameworks, tools, and processes. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to drive real impact and influence how delivery teams operate.

Your focus areas will include (but not limited to):

• Enhancing project risk and financial management practices
• Supporting the uplift of business case development and effort estimation
• Leading workshops with PMs and stakeholders to co-design improved tools and templates
• Creating high-quality process documentation, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and communications materials
• Contributing to training, coaching, or quality reviews where required

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a PMO Analyst role within a PPM environment
• Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and address delivery gaps
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a desire to support continuous improvement

• Location: Melbourne-based (hybrid - 2-3 days in-office, St Kilda Road)
• Contract Type: Daily rate, 3-month initial term
