Your Role:

As a New Home Specialist, youll be the face of SF Prestige Homes, driving sales growth while guiding clients through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives — building their dream home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets

• Personally handle high-value client relationships and sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth

• Work closely with clients to design tailored property solutions

• Maintain strong knowledge of land development, house & land packages, and custom builds

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and property presentations

• Ensure display homes and client interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism and service

• Report directly to the company director with sales insights and market trends

What Were Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (real estate or building industry preferred, but not essential)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• A motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously

• Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

• Professional presentation, positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Current Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle

• (Preferred) Completion of a Real Estate Sales Representative course
