About the role This is a senior leadership position overseeing the national facilities operations for a key retail client. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 properties across Australia, driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team performance to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a national team to foster a culture of performance and collaboration
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance portfolio effectiveness
  • Oversee capital projects and ensure timely delivery across all sites
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
