Are you creative, organised, and love social media? Join our growing team at Curvy Swimwear & Capriosca Swimwear, two leading Australian swimwear brands with a global customer base. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to support our marketing, customer service, and e-commerce operations.
About the RoleThis is a diverse role where every day is different. You'll be working closely with our marketing and operations teams to:
Manage and post content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
Engage with our online community by commenting, tagging, and responding to messages.
Create and schedule newsletters (EDMs) to our customer base.
Provide online customer service support via email and live chat.
Write blog posts, product descriptions, and other content in our fun, empowering brand voice.
Assist with packing and wrapping customer orders during busy times.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is:
Confident with social media and digital communication.
Creative, with strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
Experienced with Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms (preferred but not essential).
