About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join the team at our Adelaide manufacturing site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of high-speed production lines and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across plant and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Support capital projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other trades
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and industry regulations
- Licensed A-Grade Electrician (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally FMCG, food, beverage, or packaging industries
- Strong fault-finding skills with PLC-controlled systems
- Hands-on experience with motors, VSDs, control panels, and switchboards
- Proactive and safety-focused with excellent problem-solving ability
- Flexible to work shifts.
