Maintenance Electrician

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join the team at our Adelaide manufacturing site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of high-speed production lines and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across plant and equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Support capital projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other trades
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and industry regulations

• Licensed A-Grade Electrician (essential)
• Experience in manufacturing, ideally FMCG, food, beverage, or packaging industries
• Strong fault-finding skills with PLC-controlled systems
• Hands-on experience with motors, VSDs, control panels, and switchboards
• Proactive and safety-focused with excellent problem-solving ability
• Flexible to work shifts.
