About the role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Leasing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing all aspects of lease administration. You will support the Legal Counsel in lease negotiations, documentation, and execution while working closely with Asset and Property Managers to ensure smooth leasing processes. This role is instrumental in maintaining strong tenant relationships and optimising leasing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Asset and Property Managers to plan for lease renewals and vacancy management
  • Preparing and managing leasing deal files in compliance with company policies
  • Coordinating legal documentation with internal stakeholders and external solicitors
  • Maintaining accurate property system records and ensuring leasing compliance
  • Supporting transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, through data-room coordination

About you

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Several years of experience in leasing administration within the property industry
  • Strong knowledge of legal contracts and leasing regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
