About the teamThe Questacon Learning Experiences team delivers a range of science engagement experiences for diverse audiences including early childhood to school students, families and adults. As part of this team, you will deliver a wide range of activities such as theatrical performances, facilitated hands-on experiences, early learning experiences and adult events:

What you will doWorking consistently with the expectations of an APS 4 in the APS Work Level Standards, the Learning Experiences Presenter will:
To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
Positions require a Working With Vulnerable People Check and successful candidates will be required to obtain prior to commencing.

NotesThe role may include full-time and/or part-time work on an ongoing and/or non-ongoing basis and you will work within the scope of the Department's Enterprise Agreement and other policies. This role may require the successful candidate to work non-standard hours including some after-hours or weekend work.

This vacancy is based in ACT - Canberra at the Questacon National Science and Technology Centre located in Parkes, ACT.
