Overview Spectra Recruitment is currently seeking a Leading Hand to join one of our well-established manufacturing clients in Pinkenba, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills in a production or manufacturing environment.

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. While previous experience in a poly department is an advantage, it's not essential.

Key Duties

• Lead and motivate a production team to meet daily targets
• Monitor workflow, quality, and safety on the floor
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed
• Liaise with supervisors and other departments for smooth operations
• Train and guide new and existing team members
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety procedures
