About LYCON
Based in Pinkenba, Brisbane, LYCON Cosmetics is an award-winning Australian cosmetics manufacturer and a global leader in professional waxing and skincare. Known as the crème de la crème of beauty brands, LYCON is loved by top spas and salons around the world — and we're still growing.
We're seeking a full-time in-house Graphic Designer (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) who's both creative and commercially minded. You'll be part of our small but mighty marketing team — where design meets strategy and every day brings something new.
What You'll BringA Graphic Design qualification and at least 2 years' industry experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop + Microsoft Office.
Strong creative direction and modern design sensibility — while following current brand identity.
Marketing experience and confidence contributing ideas to campaigns.
Photography on mobile phone and SLR camera an advantage, photo editing, and videography and video editing skills preferred. (Premiere Pro & After Effects preferred)
Killer skills with WordPress (WP Bakery), Mailchimp, Shopify, and social media content creation.
Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication and copywriting skills.
An excellent team collaborator. Open to collaborate with the team.
Design packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, and ads (print + digital).
Create digital campaigns and EDMs that convert and captivate.
Support social media content creation and scheduling.
Manage website content updates and assist with marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with suppliers, printers, and media partners.
Produce and edit photos and videos that showcase our products and brand story.
Provide creative copywriting support and occasional team assistance.
