Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr Flat Rate - Negotiated based on experience

Live, Work and Play - just minutes from the vibrant city of Toowoomba! Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Farm Hand to join their 2,000ha cropping operation. The farm includes broadacre dryland and irrigated crops across both winter and summer seasons—growing corn, sorghum, mungbeans, wheat, barley, and garlic. This is a family-owned and operated business where you'll work directly with the owners, and your experience and input will be genuinely appreciated.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all spraying tasks on the farm, including self-propelled blanket spraying and tractor-drawn Weedit spot spraying
• Helping with various cropping activities such as planting and harvesting
• Assisting with grain cartage and handling
• Performing routine servicing and maintenance on farm equipment
• Regular weekend and after-hours work required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Open manual car licence and own vehicle
• HC Truck Licence or willingness to obtain (support provided)
• Chem Cert or willingness to obtain (support provided)
• Experience operating all machinery types
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Welding and general maintenance experience
