$100K - $120K + Super | Up to 6 Weeks Annual Leave | Relocation Support | Alice Springs, NT

Ready to step into leadership while staying connected on the floor? Six Little Ducks Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Educational Leader to guide our team and shape engaging learning experiences.

• Above-award salary: $100K - $120K + super

• Up to 6 weeks annual leave (or trade for a higher salary)

• Relocation support - including moving assistance & temporary accommodation

• Flexible hours (7 am-4 pm or 8:30 am-5:30 pm)

This is a dual role where you'll balance leadership with hands-on teaching:

• Mentor and support educators with curriculum planning and EYLF

• Lead engaging learning programs on the floor

• Ensure compliance with NQF & frameworks

• Build strong connections with families and the community

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years' experience in early childhood or classroom teaching

• Confident leader with mentoring experience

• Passionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality education
