About the CentreThe City of Melbourne is redeveloping the Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre located within JJ Holland Park in Kensington. The new $68.2 million environmentally sustainable facility is due to open in September 2025 and will feature: a heated 25 -Metre 8 Lane Pool, 700 m2 Health Club, three multi-purpose courts, three large flexible spaces and a Café.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer at Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre you will be greeting members, responding to enquiries via email, phone or in-person, as well as performing general but important administrative tasks. Our Customer Service Officer's always put the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions with people within the community. Some of your responsibilities will include:
This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $31.18 per hour + Superannuation + Y Benefits.
About YouWith our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.
You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.
