What You'll Do:
Inspect properties thoroughly, including sub-floors, roof spaces, and exteriors.
Identify defects, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
Produce clear, professional reports with actionable recommendations.
Play a key role in property safety during sales, maintenance, and renovations.
What You'll Need:
To be a QLD Registered Builder with Completed Residential Building Inspection Licence.
Proven experience in building and pest inspections.
Completion of timber pest courses (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Valid driver's licence, police check, and reliable vehicle.
