Richards Pest Control is currently seeking a Pest Control and Termite Technician to join our team in a full-time role. We are a proudly independent, family-owned business that has been servicing the Gold Coast for over 70 years. Our reputation is built on professionalism, reliability, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct termite inspections and general pest treatments for residential and commercial properties

• Perform all aspects of active termite treatments

• Install termite management systems

• Visit client sites to assess and provide detailed recommendations and quotes for termite solutions

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Current Queensland Pest Management Technician Licence (Pest & Termite)

• Current driver's licence and White Card (or willing and eligible to obtain)

• Well-presented, professional, and physically fit for the demands of the job

• Reliable, honest, and punctual with strong time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role
