As a result of our ongoing growth and success, Crossmuller is seeking a Contractor Administration Officer for our busy Manufacturing facility in Oberon, NSW.
The role is responsible for managing and overseeing all General contractor movements on site with regards to shutdowns, preventative maintenance schedules, shift coverage and project works.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contractor Management
· Co-ordinating site inductions
· Meeting with contractors to find out their requirements
· Managing contractor schedules
· Attending site meetings to monitor progress
· Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, site and project managers
· Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
· Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
· Updating Microsoft Teams with Purchase Orders and delivery Tasks, resource scheduling
· Requesting and managing Safety Documents, licencing and Insurances (requesting renewals)
· Perform clerical duties to maintain office and administration needs
· Assist in preparing documents, reports and presentations
To be considered for this role you will have:
· Proven experience in Reporting, System Maintenance, Inventory & Document Control.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
· Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Project
· SAP experience desirable
· Ability to multitask and work within a busy environment
· Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
· Ability to meet and work to deadlines
· The ability to multitask and work within a busy office environment
