We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team and drive sales growth, dealer relationships, and market development in the booming earthmoving and heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Zoomlion's market share across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, fleet operators, and key decision-makers in the construction, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors.

  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and product positioning.

  • Work closely with the national sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and after-sales support.

  • Represent Zoomlion at industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management within earthmoving, heavy equipment, or construction machinery industries.

  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment applications, including excavators, loaders, cranes, and material handling machinery.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Results-driven with the ability to work autonomously while achieving sales targets.

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within QLD and occasionally interstate.
